KOURTNEY Kardashian has left fans convinced that she will give birth to her son in water after noting a massive clue in a new video.
The Hulu star recently flaunted her growing baby bump in a stripped-down maternity shoot.
Kourtney, 44, shared a behind-the-scenes video from a recent Lemme promotional shoot.
In the clip, the star bared her belly, enjoyed snacks, and went from bare-faced and casual to subtle full glam.
The shoot was meant to promote Lemme's latest product: Lemme Mama, a prenatal vitamin for pregnant women.
Lemme's caption read: "We're expecting…
"Lemme Mama is a scientifically formulated prenatal multi-vitamin capsule with highly researched, bioavailable, and gentle ingredients to nourish mom and support baby's development from pre-conception to pregnancy to recovery and nursing."
Fans, however, were focused on another aspect of the clip.
While chatting backstage, Kourtney was heard saying: "People gave birth in caves and … you don't need all the stuff."
Her subtle comment has some convinced that she might have a water birth with her fourth child – her first with Travis Barker.

BARING IT ALL
Kourtney has been extremely open with fans throughout her pregnancy.
She has been flaunting her belly, revealing how much it's grown since she first announced that she was pregnant back in June.
The Kardashians star showed her belly once more in black and white photos that resembled a 90s Calvin Klein ad.
She shared the snaps on her Instagram feed.
In the pics, Kourtney donned a white cropped top and white underwear.
Her bare bump stuck out, looking larger than it had to this point.
The reality star was sporting full glam in the photo and wore her dark bob haircut in a messy style that framed her face.
In each of the photos, Kourtney leaned back on her hands.
She struck slightly different poses in each frame, however.
In one picture, she looked ahead while in another she looked to the side.
The latter two photos showed Kourtney pulling a kissy face.
"Being pregnant is the most beautiful blessing, honor, and gift…," she wrote in her caption.
BABY BARKER
Kourtney's pregnancy style has evolved immensely since her earlier pregnancies.
Early this month, she reposted a throwback photo in which she stunned in a sheer dress that showed her growing bump while out and about with Travis, 47.
The pic, snapped during Coachella, showed the reality star wearing a sheer dress that hugged her body and showed off black undergarments underneath.
Kourtney drew an arrow pointing toward her stomach, writing: "Baby Barker."
She stood beside Travis in the photo as the pair chatted with her stepson Landon, 20.
The couple announced their pregnancy in June during a Blink-182 concert.
A short time later, they revealed that they were expecting a boy.
Kourtney's pregnancy hasn't been all ups, however.
