KERRY Katona has showed off her super-toned body in a sexy backstage shot.

The mum-of-five took to Instagram to flaunt her tiny frame in her underwear, admitting she's "never felt more in control of herself".

Kerry, 39, has achieved her slim figure through training and SkinnyJab injections.

She began taking the controversial weight loss jabs following years of yo-yo dieting.

And they appear to be working if Kerry's latest social post is anything to go by.

The star, who is currently starring as the evil Carabose in panto, appeared confident as she flexed her arm for the shot.

She showed off her incredible body in a racy black lingerie set, while her hair was styled into cute space buns.

Kerry twisted her body to flaunt her toned legs and ripped physique.

Alongside the snap, she wrote: "Got to say Credit where credit is due I’ve kept my word to myself to stay in shape, quit smoking and just in General have a healthier lifestyle not just for the Benefits of losing weight and keeping it off but even more so for my state of mind.

"I have never ever felt more on top and in control of myself, my emotions, my decisions and my over all wellbeing!

"With a huge help from @skinnyjab which gave me that kick up the arse and from @ryanmahoney_7 who is just one in a million".

The ex Atomic Kitten singer has lost a stone thanks to the controversial injections, which work by curbing your appetite.

Skinny Jab is favoured by various celebrities, including Gemma Collins, who credited the injections with helping her shed three stone.

The injections cost £250 for the first jab and £135 for top-ups and work by making you less hungry by regulating blood sugar levels.

But the jabs have been met with some controversy, with some believing stars who promote them on social media are doing a disservice to their impressionable younger fans.

In 2018, Kerry lost a two stone in six weeks after signing up to the slimming plan devised by Real Housewives Of Cheshire star Ampika Pickston.
