When Phillip Schofield sat down on the This Morning sofa to give what will probably be the scariest and most honest interview of his life, his TV bestie Holly Willoughby was by his side.
Everyone's favourite daytime duo sat side by side as Phil answered his co-host's personal questions just minutes after he revealed he is "coming to terms with the fact that he is gay".
The emotional interview left many fans in tears, and people watching at home were moved by how Holly handled the huge moment.
During their chat Phil broke down in tears as he admitted he couldn't have done it without Holly's support, and she looked at him with admiration and love.
Moments before the interview, Holly took to Instagram to share her support for Phil, sharing a photo of them together with the message: "Never been more proud of my friend than I am today. We’ll be together at 10am on This Morning x."
During their emotional chat, he told Holly he had "never had any secrets" from her and their relationship had always been "honest and open".
Later in the interview Holly said: "Well whatever happens in the future, I'll be sat by your side."
She then gets him to move to sit right next to her, saying it's "where he should be".
She adds: "I'll be by your side forever."
Fans took to social media to praise Holly for the interview and their incredible friendship.

During the interview Phil told Holly that he wasn't pressured into revealing his sexuality.
He said: "[It was] my decision, absolutely my decision. It was something I knew I had to do. I don't know what the world will be like now. I am very, very conscious of the hurt, my overriding emotion with my family is going to be guilt.
"I am proud of myself today."
As for whether he's looking to meet a new partner, he continued: "No, I don't think so. I'm not going there. I'm doing each day at a time. This has always been a slow process.
"This was the big day and this is the day I knew everything was pointing towards.
"And I couldn't have done it if it hadn't been for you [Holly]. But no, there's no one I'm running off to.
"It's tough but this is not something that's happened quickly, I've had to deal this in my head for quite some time.
"I got to the stage where I thought we sit here, every day, and some amazingly brave person is sitting over there and I'm thinking 'I have to be that person'.
"All you can be in your life is honest with yourself. I was getting to a stage in my life where I was thinking I don't really like myself because I'm not being honest with myself.
"We always say 'talk to someone'… and you must talk to someone. It's brought me back from some dark places and in some cases talking to people saves you."
