It comes after Holly also recently revealed that she was refusing to "feel any guilt" ahead of her return to This Morning.
The mother of three has enjoyed an extended break from the show and hasn't been hosted This Morning since the end of June.
Nevertheless, with her return expected in just days, Holly opened up on her spiritual mindset.
In her Wylde Moon newsletter, the mum-of-three disclosed that she had eagerly embraced the early arrival of autumn by treating herself to the classic seasonal beverage – a pumpkin spice latte.
Holly went on to explain her plans to "surrender to this natural rhythm" and "not feel any guilt for being drawn to a pumpkin coffee in August."
In recent months, the Brighton native has been delving deeper into her spirituality, providing insights into her candle rituals on social media.
Holly explained that she utilised candles to enhance her sleep, as she enjoyed reflecting on her day's accomplishments and releasing any thoughts that might hinder her slumber.
Before the summer, Phillip Schofield departed his long time presenting role on the show after admitting to an "unwise but not illegal" affair with a younger male colleague.
