Helen's post comes days after she was targeted by vile trolls for sharing a snap shot of her busy life as she got ready in her bra.

The mum-of-three enjoyed a cuppa in her bathroom and unbuttoned her pyjama top to reveal her cleavage.

The images split opinion with some loving them and others criticising the mum-of-three for the saucy material.

One commented: "Why do u always put pics up of your boobs you're a mum."

The TV personality has revealed how she deals with hurtful comment.

She said: "Trolls, I've always been used to them. I was on Coronation Street when I was really young, I've always been in the public eye. I did I'm a Celebrity when I was 21. So I'm used to people saying things. I don't let it affect me."
