HALLE Berry accused her ex Gabriel Aubry of leaving their young daughter Nahla unsupervised by a swimming pool.
The actress had a famously messy break up with model Gabriel in 2010 but court documents show just how bad the blood was.
The 2011 court documents filed by Halle and seen by Radar allege that on a trip to South Africa, Aubry ignored Nahla while sitting at the computer.
A nanny realised the young girl had wandered off and found her outside "by the pool's edge".
The documents also allege that while in a London hotel, "there was a situation that occurred… where Nahla could have lost her life over a simple issue."
They claim Aubry insisted on keeping the windows open, even though they were low to the ground and did not have child protection screens.
During the bitter custody battle, Berry declared: "I do not agree that Petitioner should have visitation with Nahla for any significant periods of time and that he certainly should not be around Nahla without a nanny present at all times."
However, Aubry claims to have many emails, texts and voicemails from Berry displaying her "jealous rages", according to Radar.
The pair dated for five years before their bitter break up in 2010.
The judge turned down Berry's bid to move Nahla, now 11, to France with then-boyfriend Olivier Martinez.
Two weeks later, Aubry and French actor Martinez had a brutal fist fight at Berry's California house. Martinez allegedly floored Aubry and slammed his head on the driveway.
Aubry, who came off worse in the fight, was taken to hospital but no charges were ever filed.
In 2014, a court ordered Berry to pay her ex £12,400-a-month in child support, plus £233,000 to cover his legal costs.
Berry and Martinez wed in 2013 and had son Maceo before splitting two years later.
Berry also accused her ex of having an incestuous affair with a family member.
Unsealed documents from the case, obtained by The National Enquirer, also reveal the couple only had sex three times a YEAR – as Canadian model Aubry battled the effects of his alleged incest.
Berry testified: "After the first six months of our relationship, our sex life diminished and after one year we had sex less than three times per year."
Her legal team alleged that the sordid relationship – which started when Aubry was in foster care – went on "for years".
