Gladiators star Jet has admitted she has a “nervous twitch” to keep “ogling eyes” from looking at her impressive physique in her signature red outfit.
The 90s icon – whose real name is Diane Youdale – regularly floored fans with her mind-boggling athletic abilities on the hit primetime show as she pushed herself to the limit each week.
Many fans of the show will remember the star for her sex symbol status as she flew through the air in a skin tight red ensemble which reached 14million viewers up and down the country.

Now the star has confessed that when she wasn’t competing, she would usually be seen cartwheeling around set or flipping her hair back and forth in order to keep eyes off her eye-popping figure in the tiny two-piece.
In an exclusive interview with Daily Star, the 52-year-old confessed that she had to be prised from her tracksuit when she wasn’t competing on the show because she hated people eyeing up her figure.
She explained: “I hated it, I personally hated it. If I was not competing in an event, I just wanted my tracksuit on all the time because I hated the idea of walking around like Love Islanders do and people just ogling your bits.
“Not for me, no thank you. I was a functioning athlete in my view and that’s where it began and that’s where it ended.
“And I used to say to the producers, ‘Please can I leave my tracksuit on, please can I leave my tracksuit on?’"
Diane went on: “I wasn’t in it for the eye candy as much as people would like to flatter me and say, ‘Oh you looked good’.”
The TV star went on to confess how her awkwardness on set often came out through her “nervous twitch”.
She explained: “If you watch some footage of me, [you’ll notice] I keep moving, keep moving, keep moving, keep moving because when you stop that’s when people can start learning.
“So the cartwheels, the hair spinning, it was a nervous twitch but I was comfortable in my movement having been a gymnast and dance choreographer for so long.”

Later on in the interview, the star confessed that she can now only fit “one boob” into her teeny skin-tight costume which showed off her killer curves.
Diane admitted: “I was holding up one of my outfits up the other day, I was like ‘One boob wouldn’t fit in that now’.
“I mean what was going on there? I mean the pants still fit but no way, no way, I don’t think so – but it’s middle age, isn’t it?”
