Eternals’ all-star cast includes Game of Thrones favourite Kit Harington and Crazy Rich Asians’ Gemma Chan, playing Dane Whitman and Sersi respectively. Since Marvel confirmed Harington would be playing Black Knight in the upcoming movie, fans have been speculating whether or not the romance between the pair would make it to the big screen.
Now, new on-set photos confirm the relationship will indeed play a part in Eternals, set for release in November.
The latest pics, obtained by Page Six, show Harington and Chan filming what looks to be an intense scene together.
Stood on the street and dressed in casual clothes, the pair engage in a sombre conversation.
Proving there will be romance, they then share a kiss in the pics.

It’s not clear whether the kiss is the beginning of the romance between Dane and Sersi or, possibly, a goodbye if she and the rest of the Eternals are departing Earth.
Eternals is due to be set over the course of 7,000 years, Marvel boss Kevin Feige previously revealed.
It will mark the second movie of Marvel’s Phase 4 and introduce fans to a whole host of new heroes.
The immortals featured in the upcoming film are being played by an A-list cast including the likes of Salma Hayek, Angelina Jolie, Kumail Nanjiani and Barry Keoghan.
Harington’s former Game of Thrones co-star Richard Madden is also onboard playing Ikaris.
Covering a 7,000-year time period marks a clear departure from its Marvel movie predecessors for Eternals and provides an ambitious task for the plot.
It’s not yet known how exactly the story will go, covering a number of immortal characters at different points in time and space.
In the comics, Harington’s Dane is a physicist who’s heritage traces back to King Arthur’s court.
In the time between then and Dane’s lifetime, however, his family went over to the dark side.
After his uncle dies at the hands of Iron Man, however, he is left with the responsibility of returning the Black Knight title to its former honourable glory.
Harington’s move signing up for Eternals comes after the actor previously revealed his hesitations about joining about series in a heroic role.
Harington told Variety he had to get to a point where he could “prove to people” that he could do a “darker, more characterful role”.
