Emmerdale viewers are set to see Belle Dingle (Eden Taylor-Draper) try and get her conscience back on track after weeks of hiding Jamie Tate's (Alexander Lincoln) hit and run secret.
On Wednesday night, viewers watched as she turned on him and called the police to have him arrested, despite previously going along with his plan to hide the crime.
Brand new Emmerdale spoilers reveal that the drama is set to explode, as Belle goes to an unlikely source to make an ally.
Jamie is released by the police and is stung to know that everyone in the village is turning against him.
Belle gets a call from his ex-wife Andrea Tate (Anna Nightingale) who tells her that she has agreed to go along with Belle's plan to take Jamie down.
But with Jamie being a Tate and having Kim (Claire King) as his mother, could this plan backfire for Belle?
Earlier this week on Emmerdale, Andrea told Moira Barton (Natalie J Robb) that Jamie was behind her hit and run after she heard him talking badly about her to Belle.
Moira confronted Belle about it, who tried to act like she had no idea what she was talking about, and later told Nate Robinson (Jurell Carter), who already knew too.
When she told Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley), he race off to catch up with Jamie and Belle, who were at a lake where the damaged car parts from the crash were sunk.

Cain approached them with a bat, clearly wanting to get revenge on Jamie, but Belle stopped him.
She urged him not to do something stupid, announcing that she had already called the police.
Jamie looked smug until Belle made it clear that she'd called them to come and arrest him for the hit and run and not Cain.
On Thursday night, Jamie was taken in by the police.
Belle's relationship with Jamie has caused her some serious stress as her family turned against her when she sided with a Tate.
Jamie sacked Sam Dingle (James Hooton) from his job and Belle stood by and let it happen.
She was left distraught when her family kicked her out, but will this be enough for her to get back in their good books?
And will they help if the Tates try and get some revenge of their own?
