EastEnders star Lacey Turner has shared a very relatable parenting struggle, revealing she’s now enlisted the help of an expert to try and fix her problem.
The actress, who plays Stacey Slater in the BBC One soap, explained on her Instagram that one-year-old son, Trilby, is having trouble sleeping.
Alongside a picture of her youngest, the star wrote: ‘So this handsome little chap has been waking up at 5:30 for the last month! So, the lovely Vikki is helping me tweak his routine a little – 6:45 today!’.
Sounds like positive progress to us, Lacey!
Lacey gave birth to Trilby in February last year.
Taking to Instagram at the time, the 32-year-old posted an adorable picture of the newborn, looking cosy in a bouncer, covered in a personalised blanket which was adorned with his name.

Opening up about the unique name, the star told OK! Magazine last year: ‘I knew a girl once and her sister was called Trilby Fox.
‘And I always thought it was such a cool name, and I quite liked it for a boy, so I’ve had it in my head for a really long time!’
‘It’s nice because when people say: “What’s his name?” you say: “Trilby, like the hat.” When we had Dusty, we said: “Dusty, like Dusty Springfield”.’
The actress and partner Matt Kay also have a daughter called Dusty, who recently turned three.
Over in EastEnders, Lacey’s character, Stacey, recently went on holiday with her children, Martin (James Bye) and Kheerat (Jaz Deol).
When she arrived, Stacey discovered mum Jean (Gillian Wright) was living at the caravan park alongside Big Mo (Laila Morse).
