EastEnders fans were left in stitches following Stuart Highway’s (Ricky Champ) over-the-top — aka perfect — proposal to Rainie Branning (Tanya Franks) during tonight’s episode.

Following the disaster that was his first attempt at proposing, Stuart decided to prove his love to Rainie in another fashion.

Yes, after Callum (Tony Clay) reminded him that Rainie’s not exactly one for doing things the normal way, Stuart came up with a plan, and therefore proposed to his one true love in the funeral parlour — dressed in a full-on Dracula outfit as he stepped out of a casket.

Rainie was horrified at him, but — before long — he managed to convince Rainie just how much he loved her in touching scenes which left the woman in question rather emotional.

Naturally, fans couldn’t get enough of Stuart’s oh-so-extra proposal, and they took to Twitter as a result.
