DEMI Rose enjoyed a cup of tea in between takes of her latest sizzling photoshoot.

The brunette model, 23, showed off her famous figure in a red string bikini as she posed to promote her new app in Ibiza.

Demi's hair was loosely tied back and she complemented her red swim wear with a cute love heart mug.

Her app launches today and it will be a chance for her to keep her hordes of fans up to date with her latest sexy snaps.

Demi, who first shot to fame after briefly dating Kylie's ex Tyga, has a huge Instagram following of 7.2million.

And now she's following in Kylie's footsteps after the 21-year old launched her own app three years ago.

The busty babe has gone on to sign a modelling contract and appeared in music videos with DJ Khaled and Chris Brown.

In recent months she has collaborated on a fashion collection with ISAWITFIRST.COM and has plenty more in the pipeline.

And she’s even got dreams to crack America and become a successful actress.

Speaking exclusively to The Sun Online, Demi said: “I've been taking acting classes once a week and they are helping to build my confidence.

“The plan is to move to Los Angeles as soon as I can get a working visa.

“I can't be sure I am going to make it but I want to try my best.”

"Movies have always been a passion of mine since I went to stage school.

"But another ambition is to become a Bond Girl, as I love the style and glamour of those films."
