The film was released in 2017 and it has been viewed more than 32 million times on the streaming platform.

The star is known to have struggled with bipolar disorder and addiction, and she opened up in candid interviews about her experiences.

What will happen in the Demi Lovato documentary?
YouTube had been in conversations with the star to create a follow-up film in 2018, but the project was put on hold as Lovato was in recovery.
But she has now reached out to the streaming platform once more, saying she is ready to make another documentary.
The star has not yet made any official announcements about the new project, but fans will be excited to hear she is making a comeback.
