Danny Dyer’s involvement in EastEnders’ 35th anniversary celebrations sees Mick Carter caught up in a traumatic boat trip on the Thames, where a Walford resident will die.nNaturally, the actor has to overcome these dark filming moments somehow and it turns out he has a very specific cure – hot yoga!

‘I do like to have a little dabble in yoga,’ Danny admitted. ‘I need something to sort my brain out.

‘Me and my wife go to hot yoga, I’ve discovered it late in life. It’s a real test of your soul.’

And the 42-year-old extended a very generous invitation to This Morning co-host Eamonn Holmes to join him in his new favourite activity.

Yes, you read that right.

‘You wanna get yourself a nice pair of trunks and come join me,’ The actor told Eamonn with a knowing wink. ‘Couples yoga!

‘Couple of geezers, couple of straight men getting involved in yoga.’ Sounds right up our street, sign us up Danny!

Maybe it’ll be hot yoga all around for the EastEnders cast this coming week, what with the landmark episode looming.

One possible victim could be addict Bex Fowler (Jasmine Armfield) – who could be looking set to become the victim of a cruel drug twist tonight.

Tonight, she witnesses the harrowing Islamophobic driven attack on Bobby Beale (Clay Milner Russell) which leaves him fighting for his life and she is stunned to know that Dotty is aware of Dennis Rickman (Bleu Landau) being behind it.

After alerting Kathy and Ian (Gillian Taylforth and Adam Woodyatt), Bex heads onto the boat with Dotty but it’s not long before the consequences of her actions start to react with her. Yesterday we saw Stuart Highway (Ricky Champ) concerned for Bex’s welfare as she seemed ill and ran away.

As the boat fills with water, will Bex be in serious danger as she is under the influence of drugs? Can anyone save her?

EastEnders continues on Tuesday 18 February at 7:30pm on BBC One.
