Caprice Bourret is reportedly preparing to "sue ITV" over claims former skating partner Hamish "bullied her".
It was announced the Dancing on Ice pair parted ways amid rumours of a huge falling out.
ITV have strongly denied that any form of bullying took place behind-the-scenes between the duo
According to show insiders their relationship turned "toxic" as Caprice was "pushed beyond her capabilities."

A crew member alleged to The Sun: "His bullying wore Caprice down. She complained to execs, yet not much was done besides bringing in a supervisor.
"Instead she was portrayed as a diva, which couldn’t be further from the truth.
"Caprice won’t stand for bullying in the workplace, and has been advised she has grounds to go legal. For now, she wants to give her all to the show.”
However, ITV have firmly shut down allegations of "bullying".
An ITV spokeswoman said: "We take allegations of bullying very seriously but found no evidence on Dancing On Ice and we strongly refute any suggestion to the contrary.
"We’re very proud of the team, both on and off screen.
"They produce a fantastic show and we are committed to ensuring that everyone who works on the programme is fully supported."
Caprice was back on the ice on Sunday night with new skating partner, Oscar Peter.
The duo found themselves in the bottom two alongside Blue Peter presenter Radzi Chinyanganya and his professional partner.
It was a unanimous final decision amongst the judges. seeing Caprice sail through to next week's show.
