COUNTRYFILE viewers were extremely distracted by the weather presenter.

Fans of the hit nature show usually tune into the BBC as the broadcaster aims to get the nation doing acts of kindness for nature.

However, fans were more interested as meteorologist Stav Danaos took to the airwaves to deliver the Countryfile weather broadcast.

In the episode Joe Crowley and Charlotte Smith explored the rich heritage of Spalding in South Lincolnshire.

The pair spoke to various experts as they learned about the economic changes of Britain’s bulb and flower farming industry.

Elsewhere, Tom Heap revealed a groundbreaking way to dramatically reduce livestock methane emissions and help save the planet.

However, despite the fascinating line-up of segments, viewers were more concerned with the fashion of the weatherman.

Fans took to social media in their droves as forecaster Stav donned a blue check shirt, denim jeans and a thick brown belt.

One wrote: "Spectacular checked shirt on the #Countryfile weather man. Excellent job!"
