CHLOE Ferry nearly popped out of her bikini as she worked up a sweat in a Muay Thai gym on her holiday in South East Asia.

She showed off plenty of underboob as she traded kicks and punches with a trainer in a boxing ring while wearing fighting shorts.

The intense workout left her lying on her back on the canvas, where she exclaimed: "Absolutely finished".

Chloe looked to have picked up her boyfriend Sam Gowland's love of mixed martial arts, with the Love Island lad having fought in his first bout last month.

He beat reality star rival Marty McKenna in a Fame MMA bout in Newcastle.

Away from the ring, Chloe relaxed on a a beach swing while wearing an orange bikini.

She showed off her latest bum lift as she swung above the sand.

And she turned to glance at the camera over her shoulder before hopping off.

Just days ago Chloe and boyfriend Sam were pictured together for the first time during their romantic holiday.

We previously reported that Chloe flew to Thailand in business class while Sam was in economy as they jetted off for a New Year's break.

The on/off couple were each joined by pals as they travelled separately.

But they were pictured relaxing in the same villa on a mutual friend's Instagram.

Meanwhile, Chloe has complained of gaining "so much weight" after guzzling cans of Pringles on holiday.

The outspoken TV star shared pictures of the cans of crisps and told fans that she had only been on holiday for five days but already could not "stop eating".

She said: "Can't stop eating!! Only been in Thailand 5 days and feel like I've put so much weight on feel like f**king s**t again!! Need to get back to gym ASAP!!"

Her claims came as she showed viewers footage of a night time boat trip she went on with pals, flashing her huge bum after undergoing her latest Brazilian bum lift and then later, her cleavage.

Chloe documented her swanky trip with pal Ryan Mira, tagging him in her posts as they guzzled champagne and showed off the in-flight entertainment from their spacious seats.

The Geordie Shore favourite even shared a photo of her tasty-looking on-board meal as she reaped the benefits of business class.

Meanwhile, 24-year-old Sam was clearly in economy as he posted promotional videos and gags to his own social media page.

The two stars have had a rocky relationship in recent months, but the pair proved they were back together after she was recently spotted waiting for him at a barbershop.
