WITH her future plans turned on their head due to her unexpected pregnancy, Robyn Miller has been feeling at a loss.

However, an upcoming episode of Casualty will see the staff nurse portrayed by Amanda Henderson make a decision.

Four years after the death of Glen Thomas (played by Owain Arthur), Robyn hasn't had any interest in romance.

The nurse has mainly focused on her job and her young daughter Charlotte's well-being.

But in Saturday's episode of the long-running drama, Robyn finds out that she is pregnant with another man's baby, leaving her future at Holby City Hospital hanging in balance.

While she tried to take her mind off of her situation by focusing on her work, the expectant mother will be at the core of a new storyline on BBC One and she thankfully has newcomer Paige Alcott's (Shalisha James-Davis) support.

In scenes due on our screens next week, a shocked Robyn is left with a choice.

With her financial situation being somewhat strained and her demanding job, she first believes motherhood is not the right option.

This is also due to the fact that the father of the baby was a one night stand, leaving her the tiring task of potentially becoming a single mother of two.

After Paige takes her and Charlotte out for a swim – which almost goes south when the latter disappears – Robyn turns to Charlie Fairhead (Derek Thompson) and reveals that is nine weeks pregnant.

Although she lists her reasons for not keeping the baby, Charlie is confident they can make it work.

Charlie suggests that Robyn moves in with him rent free.

Startled by the offer, Robyn is pushed out of her thoughts when burns patient Josh is brought in after spilling hydrofluoric acid over himself at work.

Later on, Paige questions Robyn about her pregnancy which prompts her to reveal her own reasons for not wanting a baby in her life.
