Bradley Walsh welcomed six returning contestants for the 12th time following a dozen failed attempts by the players to escape with their individual jackpots. But in the latest instalment of the ITV quiz show, one contestant Cash Trapped her five opponents meaning she could finally escape with the money she had accumulated over her time on the show.
During the first three rounds, the contestants all tried their hardest to win as much money as possible.
But at the end of The Accumulator round, Nariece topped the leaderboard and won the opportunity to escape with her jackpot.
Her total prize money from today (December 6) was added to the money she had earned throughout her time on the show to give her a jackpot of £19,550.
Nariece got off to a flying start in The Escape round by answering the first two questions correctly and freezing out Andy and Mike.

Host Bradley’s third question was left unanswered before Phil froze himself out by answering the next question incorrectly.
It seemed Nariece had her victory in the bag but after making a mistake, Bradley was forced to take 10 seconds off her time.
With just 23 seconds left, Nariece still had to freeze Mairead and Mel.
Luckily, she answered the next question correctly and was left with just 16.09 seconds to escape.
She revealed the time left on the clock was her birthday and confessed: “Hopefully this is a good sign.”
As the seconds ticked by, Bradley asked: “Oranges and lemons contain what specific acid?”
Nariece correctly answered “ascorbic acid” and was declared the winner after 12 consecutive shows.
After winning the show, Nariece’s five opponents congratulated the quizzer before she broke down in tears when discussing her victory to the camera.
