CAROLINE Flack made over £3 million from Love Island before she quit over her assault arrest.
The star, 40, has hosted the show since 2015 and raked in the cash through her presenting fees and related product endorsements.
However, the presenter confirmed she won't be coming back for the upcoming Love Island series or spin-off show, Aftersun, in an emotional statement yesterday.
The ITV2 show has helped Caroline Flack make a fortune, with company accounts revealing she's made over £3.1 million since she became the host.
The accounts filed with Companies House by Caroline Flack Ltd in October this year show she made £811,399 last year – making her one of ITV's top presenters.
Holly Willoughby – one of the country's biggest stars – earned £950,000 from her own company last year.
Caroline's income has been increasing since she started presenting Love Island, as in 2015 she earned just £150,614.
This shot up to £664,859 the following year, then up to £786,725. In 2018, she bagged a massive £811,339.
These huge earnings might be at risk after she was forced to pull out from her presenting role.
She was charged with assault following an altercation with her boyfriend Lewis Burton.
Caroline told The Sun: "Love Island has been my world for the last five years, it’s the best show on telly. In order to not detract attention from the upcoming series I feel the best thing I can do is to stand down for series six.
"I want to wish the incredible team working on the show a fantastic series in Cape Town."
She later issued a statement on Instagram: "There have been a significant number of media reports and allegations in regards to my personal life.
"While matters were not as have been reported, I am committed to cooperating with the appropriate authorities and I can’t comment further on these matters until the legal process is over."
Also, she will not receive any more money from her River Island fashion line. The star bagged a six-figure deal following her 2019 collection, released in May.
However, the high-street retailer has now confirmed they have "no plans" to release another range with the 40-year-old TV presenter anytime soon – and her contract is already over.
A spokeswoman for River Island told The Sun Online: "River Island confirms it did not have any deals in place for 2020 with Caroline Flack.
"Previous contracts with Caroline came to contractual end and have not been affected at all by recent events."
Multiple names have been thrown into the ring for her replacement, including the show's voiceover star Iain Stirling and his girlfriend Laura Whitmore.
Maya James is currently the bookies favourite, trailed by I'm A Celebrity hosts Ant and Dec.
Other names suggested are Rylan Clark-Neal, Gemma Collins and Holly Willoughby.
