The mathematician enjoyed a relaxing afternoon at Beaverbrook Town House, a 5-star boutique luxury hotel with Japanese restaurant.
The TV favourite shared a short clip of her strutting around the dining room in a pair of chunky black heeled boots.
Carol completed her effortlessly chic look with subtle makeup and kept her blonde tresses loose.
She gushed over her surroundings and said: "I'm at the Beaverbrook Town House in Chelsea, so beautiful here, I think I might stay all day."

The star recently revealed that she's given up on the idea of monogamy in favour of having "special friends".
Speaking on This Morning she said: "I have ignored the looking for one person and I have a number of what I've called 'special friends'."
Discussing the blokes, she continued: "They don't know each other, but they know about it. It's a very honest relationship.
"One of them has gone on for many more years than my marriage. Yeah, it's over 10 years. Another is seven.
"He's an astronaut. He rang me from the space station."
