BBC Breakfast’s Carol Kirkwood swerves wedding planning chat
BBC Breakfast presenter Emma Vardy revealed she had presented her final show and would not appear for the foreseeable future as she begins her maternity leave.
Emma is expected to welcome her first child with her husband Aaron Adams and recently shared an exciting announcement with her fans.
She had taken over hosting duties from co-star Nina Warhurst who left to have her daughter back in July and has worked as the Ireland Correspondent for many years.
However, Emma recently took to her Twitter account to reveal the news that she would be away from the show for a considerable amount of time.
Showing off her blossoming baby bump whilst sitting on top of two washing machines, she wrote: “Well that’s me off on mat leave!! Resigned to an eternity of housewife chores & dirty laundry.
