ANT McPartlin appears to have taken inspiration from his 90s alter-ego PJ  – as he is now sporting an identical haircut to the throwback character.

Arriving for a day of Britain's Got Talent auditions, Ant showed off his new 'do, which resembled one he had during his PJ and Duncan days.

Ant, who found fame on the BBC kids' drama Byker Grove alongside his best mate Declan Donnelly, had swept his brown hair forward into a spiked fringe.

Ant, now 44, was pictured with an almost identical barnet in 1998 when he and Dec had just started out as TV presenters.

But sadly it seems Ant's new look isn't here to stay, as he had returned to his usual quiff by the time the auditions had got underway.

The Geordie star was later seen after his day at the London Palladium and it was business as usual.

Last week, Ant finally reached a divorce deal during an eight-hour meeting with his ex Lisa Armstrong.

The Sun previously revealed how Strictly make-up artist Lisa would get the £5 million former marital home in Chiswick, West London, plus £31 million of Ant’s £50 million fortune.

Lisa, however, has denied this in a tweet.

Ant and Lisa, who split in January 2018, also agreed joint custody of dog Hurley.

Meanwhile, Ant was later spotted kissing his girlfriend during a romantic dog walk in the park.

Ant, who was described as “delighted” after settling the divorce, appeared to have a weight lifted off his shoulders as he smiled alongside his new love, finally rid of the drama surrounding the last few years.

"It's all about her now. He just wants them to be happy," a source close to Ant told The Mirror.
