The movie – due out next year – is written by Jonny Sweet and directed by Thea Sharrock.
It also stars Timothy Spall, Joanna Scanlan, Gemma Jones and Eileen Atkins.
Olivia and Jessie also worked together on The Lost Daughter, a 2021 psychological drama based on a 2006 Elena Ferrante novel. Both earned Oscar nods for their parts in the film.
Olivia, 48, has become one of the country’s most celebrated actors, having been nominated for three Oscars in the past four years. She won Best Actress in 2019 for her portrayal of Queen Anne in The Favourite.
Jessie, 32, from Killarney, Ireland, was discovered on talent contest I’d Do Anything in 2008, then starred in TV’s Fargo, Chernobyl and War And Peace.
She has been nominated for two Oscars and three Baftas. This year she won a Laurence Olivier Award for her West End role as Sally Bowles in Cabaret.
