TAMMY Slaton now has fans worried after she was filmed doing everything from vaping to taking shots despite being hooked up to an oxygen machine.

All this comes after the 1000-lb Sisters star decided to leave food addiction rehab earlier than scheduled.

A clip of the reality show's latest episode, titled Moving on Up and Partying on Down, was shared on Instagram and it had plenty of people buzzing.

In the scene, Tammy is picked up by her friends Rob, Ralph, and JT, as they all proceed to hang out.

The TV star says in a confessional: "… we've just been drinking, vaping… as a teenager I wasn't doing any partying. I was super shy about my weight and I didn't really have many friends…"

She added: "But now I'm to the point where I don't care. I'm gonna be me…"

The clip then shows Tammy vaping in the car before the group stops at a liquor store and the reality star asks for "one bottle of whatever and eight shots."

Tammy and her pals soon arrive back at her home as they all begin to drink and eat pizza.

Again on her confessional she says: "We don't eat healthy, cause for me, if I eat something like pizza or pizza rolls the break soaks up the alcohol and the grease helps so we don't get too hungover."

'WATCHING HER DIE'

The shocking clip led plenty of fans to rush to the comments section to react as one wrote: "The show needs to be canceled. She is not taking her health seriously.

"Even from the clips I’ve seen I feel like we’re watching her die."

Another chimed in: "Vaping while on oxygen?? Make it make sense!"

While one added: "How you vaping with the oxygen on your nose! She does not care about her life."

One commenter even called out her pals and said: "They aren’t friends. They are users and enablers. Tammy, you need to be off tv and social media so you can focus on getting well. Nobody wants to see you not try!"

'READY TO GO HOME'

This is not the first time Tammy has caused concern as back in November she decided to leave food addiction rehab early despite doctors advising against it.

Tammy told the administrator, Kelly, at the time: "I miss my bed. I miss my family. I think I'm ready to go. I want to try and get the rest of the weight off on my own."

Kelly expressed concern, asking Tammy if she's "ready to go home on her own without support and face all the temptations by yourself."

The 35-year-old responded: "… if I do order out it'd be like one burger and nothing else… if I just get one burger a day…"

Tammy also shocked fans previously when she shared scary pics of herself with a tube in her throat, leading viewers to speculate she had been hospitalized.

SPLITSVILLE

Aside from her questionable decisions, Tammy recently revealed she had parted ways with her boyfriend Philip, also known as the "BBW King."

"I was tired of fighting with him and he said my insecurities were my problem," Tammy told her sister Amy at the time.

Tammy revealed the split following numerous fights about the relationship with her family.
