ZLATAN IBRAHIMOVIC is set to land a personal £2m bonus if Manchester United win the Champions League this season.
The Swedish legend has been out with a knee injury since United’s Boxing Day draw at home to Burnley.
He has made just one appearance in Europe’s top competition against Basel back in November.
But the 36-year-old took a major pay cut on his previous £365,000-a-week deal when he signed a one-year contract in August, last year.
And while he now is on around £180,000-a-week, he has a lucrative bonus structure to top up his wage packet.
An Old Trafford source said: “Zlatan took a massive hit on his basic pay last time but the club have always been straight with him.
“They know it is his dream to finally win the Champions League and that this season was likely to be his last shot.
“The bonuses are big for all the squad but Ibra had a number on extra personal incentives included.”
Jose Mourinho’s men still have a lot of work to do to make the quarter-finals after a 0-0 first-leg draw against Sevilla.
