USA TODAY is proud to announce the inaugural USA TODAY High School Sports Awards event in Los Angeles.
The event will be held May 19, 2020, at Royce Hall on the UCLA campus, honoring the top high school athletes and teams from throughout the Southland for the 2019-20 academic year.

Two highlights of the evening will be the presentation of the I AM SPORT Award and the Top Team: Fan Vote Award.
Voting is underway for the I AM SPORT Award, which honors high school student-athletes who are dedicated to volunteering their time to benefit others in their community. Top Team: Fan Vote Award nominations are being accepted until March 24 at 6 a.m. PT.
