TYSON FURY binned Ben Davison to improve his punching technique, according to his new trainer Javan 'Sugar' Hill.

The Gypsy King sensationally split with Davison at the weekend just two months before his rematch with Deontay Wilder.

Davison took to Twitter to address the story.

He posted: "Obviously it's not gonna stop until there's an answer.

"Tyson and myself had to both make decisions for our careers, which resulted in our working relationship coming to an end.

"However, we remain friends and he will smash the dosser."

And on the same day, Fury announced he was teaming up with Hill again ahead of the bout with the Bronze Bomber.

The 31-year-old posted a picture on Instagram with the caption: “Getting the old team back up and running.”

In the throwback snap, Fury posed with legendary trainer Emanuel Steward at the famous Kronk gym, Detroit, with former world champion Andy Lee also pictured.

Hill is the nephew of legendary Hall of Fame trainer Emmanuel Steward and made the stunning revelation about Fury's punch technique in an interview with Seconds Out.

He said: "He’s [Fury] always enjoyed the technical aspect of my training.

"That was pretty much the main thing he said he wanted.

"He doesn’t just want to throw punches, he wants to throw punches correctly; those are actually things I saw from him fighting Wilder the first time as well.

“Currently Tyson is training now, that’s good news for me!

"I believe we’ll have seven-eight weeks together for Wilder and that will be enough.

"I love training, teaching, watching people grow and I’m excited to see Tyson progress through the training camp."

After the split, MMA superstar Conor McGregor also took to Twitter to urge Davison and Fury to rekindle their relationship.
