Mason Mount refused to comment on his Manchester United links when asked by Sky Sports F1 reporter Martin Brundle.
After Brundle had spoken to Mount's Blues team-mate Ben Chilwell, the attacking midfielder asked: "What's he saying?"
To which the reporter responded: "He says you're going to Manchester United."
Mount, 24, would not be drawn, laughing before replying: "I'm here to just enjoy the race today.
"Amazing day, I can't wait to watch it."

Harry Kane is "motivated" by the idea of replacing Karim Benzema at Real Madrid, according to Marca.
Following reports Carlo Ancelotti wants to land the Tottenham ace, Marca now claim Daniel Levy is open to the idea of a sale so long as his talisman does not leave for a Premier League rival.
With the door to Madrid open, the Whites have made "initial contact" with both Spurs and Kane.
The report adds Kane is "particularly motivated" by the idea of wearing a Madrid shirt, following news that Benzema is leaving the Spanish giants.

Chelsea stars break silence on Mount links
Chelsea stars Reece James and Ben Chilwell have broken their silence on Mason Mount’s future.
The pair were in attendance at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya ahead of the F1 Spanish Grand Prix.
Sky Sports caught up with James and when asked whether he would be sad to see Mount leave, he said: “Yeah of course.
“If he goes everyone will be sad to see him go.”
Speaking to Chilwell shortly after, the left-back said: “I mean that’s none of my business personally.
“But I’d love him to stay, he’s my best mate.
“So I would love him to stay but it’s not my business so I can’t really comment on that.”

Chelsea offer Mendy in Onana swap deal
Chelsea are ready to offer Eduoard Mendy to Inter Milan in an effort to sign Andre Onana, according to reports in Italy.
The Blues are eyeing a new goalkeeper to upgrade on current No1 Kepa Arrizzabalaga.
And according to Foot Mercato, Chelsea have identified Onana as this player, with Mauricio Pochettino favouring him over other options.

Caicedo 'agrees personal terms'
Moises Caicedo has agreed personal terms with Arsenal, according to reports.
However, the Brighton star is still unsure where he wants to play next season, with Chelsea set to offer him a more lucrative deal.
According to Ecuadorian media outlet Teradeportes, Arsenal's Champions League qualification sees them leading the race with terms being agreed.
The report adds Chelsea's package is likely to have larger finances which could sway him towards Stamford Bridge over the Emirates.

Hazard-ous findings
Eden Hazard is now without a club after Real Madrid ripped up his £400,00-a-week contract.
The Belgian was hoping to see out the final year of his lucrative deal in the Spanish capital.
But his stay will now come to an end.
A statement confirmed: "Real Madrid C. F. and Eden Hazard have reached an agreement by which the player is disassociated from the club as of June 30, 2023.
"Eden Hazard has been part of our club for four seasons, in which he has won 8 titles: 1 European Cup, 1 Club World Cup, 1 European Super Cup, 2 Leagues, 1 Copa del Rey and 2 Spanish Super Cups.
"Real Madrid wants to express its affection for Eden Hazard and wishes him and his entire family the best of luck in this new stage."
Chelsea fans joked him leaving was an act of "sacrifice" after Kai Havertz was linked with a transfer to Madrid.
One said: "Hazard sacrificed himself so Chelsea could get rid of Havertz… club legend."
Another agreed: "Hazard sacrificed himself for the greater good. Proper Chels."

EXCLUSIVE – Palace opt against Butland extension
RANGERS are clear to sign former England keeper Jack Butland after Crystal Palace passed on the chance to extend his contract, writes ALAN NIXON.
The Eagles had the option of triggering a new one-year deal with Butland — who has been on loan with Manchester United — but decided against it.
Palace already have two top keepers in Sam Johnstone and Vicente Guaita, making that department well covered and also expensive to run.

Manchester United have a deal “well underway” as they look to replace David De Gea.
De Gea failed to shine as Manchester United fell to defeat in the FA Cup final.
While he could do little about both goals, his poor distribution meant Erik ten Hag’s side found it difficult to progress up the pitch.
However, A Bola now claim a deal for Porto stopper Diogo Costa is “well underway” as United seek to modernise their spine.
The report suggests he will definitely leave the Portuguese side this season, and his destination will become clearer after the Portuguese Cup final.

The 27-year-old is out of contract and out of favour at the Bernabeu.

Crystal Palace have made a contract offer to Wilfried Zaha — but it is less than the cash on the table from Qatari side Al Sadd, writes ALAN NIXON.
Palace made their own pitch at around £150,000 a week and rising for their talisman, who will give them an answer in the next few weeks.
Jet-heeled forward Zaha, 30, has had plenty of foreign interest and Al Sadd are willing to put him in the £200,000-a-week pay category.

Arsenal make “contact” over Cancelo
Arsenal have made “contact” over a deal to sign Joao Cancelo, according to reports.
The Gunners want to sign Cancelo following his loan to Bayern Munich safe in the knowledge his days at the Etihad are numbered.
Fabrizio Romano revealed the news to Give Me Sport, saying: “For Cancelo, yes, they are interested.
“They had some contact, and they have very good relationship with these agents.
“So there was a conversation over the possibility to sign Cancelo.”

Erik ten Hag may be forced to keep Anthony Martial in the summer due to his “long” injury issue.
The Dutchman revealed Martial would be out for a while following his latest injury setback.

Mason Mount wants a salary HIGHER than Bruno Fernandes to join Manchester United if the offers he rejected at Chelsea are anything to go by.
Chelsea approached him in August and September with deals of five-plus-one years and a considerable increase on his current wage, thought to be around £80,000 per week.
Mount rejected both, so the Blues went back to him in January, offering a one-year extension until 2025 and with a bigger pay rise that would have made him one of the best-paid players at the club.
This was also rejected by Mount’s camp, who are thought to be seeking about £250,000-per-week.
And this would place him £10,000 more than creator-in-chief Fernandes.

Lloris has one more year left in his deal with Spurs but has been linked with a departure following a turbulent season stricken by errors between the sticks.

Brighton star Alexis Mac Allister appears to be closing in on a summer move to Liverpool.
Mac Allister's father and agent is expected to finalise personal terms after flying to England to speak to the Reds’ representatives.
Rumours suggest a deal between the midfielder and the Merseysiders could be completed next week if things go to plan.
Meanwhile, Paris Saint-Germain superstar Lionel Messi has received an astonishing transfer offer from Saudi Arabia worth around £1billion.
According to Foot Mercato, Messi could double Al-Nassr star Cristiano Ronaldo's Middle Eastern salary if he agrees to move to Al-Hilal.

Gerrard wants to get back into management after leaving Aston Villa and hopes his success at Rangers still makes him attractive.
