Antonio set to stay at West Ham

David Moyes reckons there's "no chance" Michail Antonio leaves West Ham today.

He said: "Money talks in football everywhere but at the moment, no, I'd say there's no chance.

"Let's be fair, there's probably prices for every player around the country but at the moment, I don't think there's any price we are interested in taking for Mick.

"I'd probably say no to that."

Chelsea don't want Gallagher signing for a rival

Chelsea are reluctant to allow Conor Gallagher to move to a rival.

The 22-year-old could leave the Blues today if they land Enzo Fernandez from Benfica.

Everton have bid £40million plus £5m in add-ons but the England midfielder is not interested in moving to Goodison Park.

Newcastle are keen, though a loan would suit them better, but Chelsea would need to be convinced to let the player go to a club competing with them for a Champions League spot.

The same could be said for the Big Six clubs that are monitoring Gallagher's situation.

Crystal Palace are certain to be interested in bringing him back on loan after borrowing him with such success last season.

Right now, SunSport understands a number of scenarios are on the table – including the possibility of staying, even if Fernandez signs.

It could depend on if Chelsea sign another midfielder separate to the Argentine World Cup winner – and whether Jorginho departs.

Porro on the verge of Tottenham move

Pedro Porro flew into London last night and will have his Tottenham medical this morning.

Spurs finally agreed a deal with Sporting Lisbon on Monday after a month of drawn-out negotiations.

The move at one point looked in doubt due to Sporting's ever-changing demands.

But Tottenham eventually signed off on a switch that could eventually cost them £45million – as well as knocking 15 per cent off their 50 per cent sell-on clause for former academy graduate Marcus Edwards.

Porro is expected to be Tottenham's last senior signing on deadline day.

    Big spenders

Southampton have triggered the £26m release clause of Braga striker Vitinha.

The 22-year-old has been in fine form in the Portugal top flight so far this season, scoring 13 goals in 27 games in all competitions.

Vitinha has also shone in the Europa League for Braga, scoring four and assisting once in five matches despite crashing out of the group stages.

And SunSport understands the goal-shy Saints are ready to splash the cash in order to bring the Portuguese Under-21 international to St Mary’s before Tuesday's deadline.

    Gunns loaded

Arsenal are still hoping to land a last-gasp deal for Moises Caicedo ahead of the transfer deadline, writes Mark Irwin.

But whatever happens with the Brighton midfielder will not affect Arsenal’s plans to sign West Ham captain Declan Rice this summer.

The Premier League leaders have been given the green light by owner Stan Kroenke to get the Caicedo deal over the line.

That is even if it means paying a club-record fee.

They have already had two bids rejected by Brighton owner Tony Bloom, who maintains that the 21-year-old Ecuador international is not for sale at any price.

But they are ready to make one last bid to persuade the Seagulls to cash in and are willing to go as high as £75million.

    Lescott upbeat about Dyche appointment

Ex-Everton defender Joleon Lescott reckons that Sean Dyche could turn things around at Goodison Park.

Dyche was confirmed as Frank Lampard's replacement earlier today and Lescott is optimistic about his appointment.

He told Live Score: "Not only does the 51-year-old have Premier League experience, but he's actually worked first-hand with some of the Everton squad in Dwight McNeil, Michael Keane and James Tarkowski.

"That's got to be a huge advantage when it comes to getting your ideas across quickly as a coach, having players in the building that know what you expect and can help their team-mates adjust.

"Some managers would look at Everton's current situation and think 'no thanks'.

"For Dyche, he's been there and done it with Burnley many times before and will not be fazed."
