FOOTBALL legend Gary Lineker reckons scoring on the pitch is better than off — and the thrill lasts longer.
The former Spurs star, who netted 48 times for England, also claimed a goal he watched gave him the ultimate pleasure.
The 61-year-old, who hung up his boots in 1992, said: “The only thing you can never replace is the scoring of a big goal.
"Scoring a goal…people use that silly thing, ‘Oh is it better than sex?’ You can’t have it any time you want but you can kind of know you’re going to have sex at some point. Whereas you don’t know if you’re ever going to score again.”
Gary, now a veteran pundit, said watching his beloved boyhood club triumph at Wembley in May last year beat nookie hands down.
