The prices of drinks at Wimbledon this year have been revealed with the cost of a Pimm’s and a pint showing the stark price hikes at the event.
Spirits on the menu are listed at £9.70 each, including canned grenache rose wine, sipsmith gin and light tonic and a 330ml Stella Artois.
A general pint will set punters back £7.55 as the competition gets underway on Monday.
Pints in the 2022 competition generally cost £6.50, with some listed as low as £6.10.
Last year’s menu also showed the price of a Pimm’s at £9.75 for a reusable glass costing £29.50.

Also listed at £9.70 on the menu are canned viognier wine, canned St Laurent red wine, sipsmith ready to drink gin and tonic and sipsmith zesty orange gin and tonic.
A still water costs £2.65 while a 330ml coke is priced at £2.25 – up from £2.10 last year – and a kombucha at £3.00.
Crowds will flock into Wimbledon in their thousands over the next two weeks with hundreds of thousands of pounds likely to be spent on beverages.
Food this year will set spectators back a hefty fee, with one of the cheapest items on the menu, Wimbledon’s traditional strawberries and cream, costing £2.50.

A sausage roll is priced at £4.80, a cornish pasty £6.30 and a selection of sandwiches listed as ‘from £4.55’.
Ice cream, meanwhile, costs a staggering £4.20 – the same as a packet of Haribo sweets.
July 3 will see the men’s and ladies’ singles get underway with the tournament runs for 14 days, with the finals scheduled for July 16.
Novak Djokovic is the reigning men’s singles champion, though 2022 runner-up Nick Kyrgios has been ruled out of the competition with a wrist injury. Elena Rybakina, meanwhile, is the defending women’s singles champion.
