PSG back-up goalkeeper Remy Descamps has joined Clermont on loan after the arrival of Gianluigi Buffon at Parc-des-Princes.
The 22-year-old is one of FIVE keepers on the books at Paris Saint-Germain and has wisely chosen to move on loan to gain more experience, while also signing a new three-year deal at PSG.
Buffon, 40, joined PSG from Juventus at the end of last season and along with last season's first-choice Kevin Trapp, the position is a fairly crowded one.
Sebastien Cibois, 20, is also in the squad, as well as Alphonse Areola, 25.
Descamps put pen to paper on a new contract at PSG before he left for the season though and will remain in the French capital till 2021.
The 6ft 5in stopper spent the second half of last season on loan at Tours, who were relegated from Ligue 2 last term.
