United happy to give Harry Maguire £10m pay-off
Harry Maguire is allegedly set to get a £10million pay-off from Manchester United to leave the club this summer.
The Red Devils captain, 30, had already suffered a dip in form before the arrival of Erik ten Hag at Old Trafford last summer.
But the England international’s struggles continued at the start of this season and now he has found himself regularly warming the bench.
Despite being linked with a transfer switch to both Tottenham and Paris Saint-Germain, exclusively revealed by Sun Sport, the defender has been adamant that he is happy at United.
However, Saturday’s FA Cup Final with Manchester City is reportedly “likely to be Maguire’s last game as a United”, according to the Daily Mail.
The centre-back was signed from Leicester City for £85m back in 2019.

Good morning Man Utd fans
Manchester United ace Diogo Dalot has signed a new five-year contract with the club
Dalot told club media: "Playing for Manchester United is one of the highest honours that you can have in football.
"We have shared some fantastic moments over the past five years, and I’ve grown so much and my passion for this incredible club has only increased since the day that I joined.
"As a group of players, we all feel like we are at the start of a special journey right now.
"I can assure you that I will dedicate myself relentlessly to helping this group to achieve our aims and make the fans proud of this team. That drive continues this week with everyone intensely focused on preparations for the FA Cup final."
Meanwhile, United ace Anthony Martial is out the FA Cup Final after suffering a hamstring injury in the final game of the Premier League season against Fulham.
Martial came on as a 67th minute substitute in the 2-1 win, which secured United's third-place finish.
The forward's absence opens the door for Alejandro Garnacho to join Jadon Sancho on the wings against rivals Manchester City at Wembley.
Garnacho is fully fit after coming back from injury and looked sharp against the Cottagers on Sunday.
And Chelsea's new manager Mauricio Pochettino's first transfer is at risk of being hijacked by United.
Pochettino has highlighted midfield as an area in need of reinforcements during the upcoming summer transfer window.
Sporting Lisbon ace Manuel Ugarte is at the top his wishlist, with the Argentinean tactician understood to be confident a deal can be completed.
According to A Bola, however, United have entered the bidding war to sign Ugarte.
The Red Devils' interest may cause an issue for the Blues, who have already had to contend with a rumoured approach from Paris Saint-Germain.
Although the Uruguay international is said to favour a move to Stamford Bridge over joining PSG, it is unknown what his stance is on the Manchester giants’ interest.
Finally, Chelsea star Mason Mount has agreed personal terms with United. According to The Telegraph, Mount is now expected to join United ahead of the summer transfer window.

Tennis legend Ana Ivanovic is enjoying retirement alongside former Manchester United player Bastian Schweinsteiger while running her own skincare brand.
Ivanovic told Essentially Sports: "We actually met through a common friend.
"He was friends with the coach of Angelique Kerber. And of course, I’m friends with Angie.
"So we met in New York. Yeah, right after [the World Cup], and yeah, to be honest, I didn’t really follow football at that time. But yeah, it was interesting."

Sir Alex's bad memory
Legendary Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson was left "numb" by one horror challenge.
Rodrigo Possebon was tipped for big things at Old Trafford after his 2008 move from Internacional.
Possebon had impressed in pre-season and was fighting his way into the first team – before one injury put paid to his progress.
The now 34-year-old was selected to make his full debut in a League Cup game at home against Middlesbrough forming a midfield alongside Anderson and Ryan Giggs.
But one moment left the midfielder's promising career to unravel as he sprinted for a loose ball in the middle of the park and a shocking late tackle by Boro captain Emanuel Pogatetz caught the youngster.
Pogatetz flew in with his studs up, and the challenge's force left the Brazilian-Italian flying into the air – he was given oxygen by medical staff and taken off the pitch on a stretcher.

Bruno Fernandes on Ramos
Manchester United star Bruno Fernandes has urged Benfica ace Goncalo Ramos to join him at Old Trafford.
Fernandes told A Bola: "The best always come in handy, be it Goncalo or another player.
"He has all the qualities to play in the Premier League, and when I say Premier League I also mean Manchester United.
"I think he could become a great reference in the coming years, but it's still not in my hands to be sports director…
"Goncalo has all the conditions to play in the Premier League, he is very intense, presses very well and is very good inside the area."

Harry Kane reminder
Tottenham superstar Harry Kane will stay in North London if he cannot get a move to Manchester United, reports SunSport's Tom Barclay.
Kane has no intention of going abroad while he is just 48 goals away from breaking Alan Shearer’s famous Premier League record tally of 260.
Spurs are more open to selling the centre-forward to a foreign club than a top-flight rival with Bayern Munich huge admirers.
But the England international sees United as the only viable Prem option as he is unwilling to risk his reputation with the fans by moving to arch-rivals Chelsea or Arsenal.
Newcastle are not in a position to splash more than £100million on one player, despite their Saudi riches, and Liverpool as well as Manchester City are not in the market for a striker.
SunSport understands Kane wants a switch to Old Trafford or he will run down his deal and leave for free in 2024.

Road to Victory
Man Utd have been given a glimmer of hope ahead of the FA Cup final against Manchester City.
This is because a shocking stat against the Premier League champions has emerged.
The final league table saw a 14-point gulf between Pep Guardiola's and Erik ten Hag's outfits.
However, the two sides are level in their head-to-head record this season.
But it is their respective away records which appear to have given the Red Devils a glimmer of hope as they aim to throw a spanner into Man City's Treble dream.
United's woeful away record against the Premier League's top nine has been well documented.
City's meanwhile is far from infallible and leaves a lot to be desired.
While United failed to win any of their eight clashes, City only managed to do one better.
This being said, the Cityzens sole victory came at the most important ground in the title race against Arsenal – the Emirates.
In addition, City did manage to draw three matches, whereas United drew just one.

'They need to sign Kane!'
Former Manchester United striker Teddy Sheringham has urged the Red Devils to sign Harry Kane this summer.
When asked by Betway about the possibility of the England captain leaving Tottenham, Sheringham said: "This is the only thing people have asked me about over the last two years.
"If these two clubs want to want to be better, they need Kane. Tottenham need to keep him, Manchester United need to sign him.
"He's exactly the type of player that Manchester United need. He's a leader, he scores goals and he's professional. He will drive your team on. He is the full package as a centre forward. He would be frightening for Manchester United."

Neym of the Game
Neymar wants to join Manchester United this summer.
And he is reportedly refusing to leave Paris Saint-Germain for any other club.
Foot Mercato claims Neymar, 31, accepts he has no future at the Parc des Princes this summer.
And he is now fully focused on securing a switch to Old Trafford.
L'Equipe claimed last week that United were already in advanced talks with PSG over a move for the world's most expensive player.
Neymar cost £192million when he joined the French side from Barcelona in 2017.
But after 118 goals and five titles, PSG want to get rid of him this summer.

Poch-ed Deal
Mauricio Pochettino's first Chelsea transfer is at risk of being hijacked by Manchester United.
The Blues boss is already preparing to put together a side for the 2023-24 season after being appointed on Monday.
Pochettino penned a two-year deal at Stamford Bridge and will officially take over from caretaker manager Frank Lampard on July 1.
The former Tottenham Hotspur gaffer's clear out of the Chelsea squad is now underway, with several players already axed.
As for incomings, Pochettino has highlighted midfield as an area in need of reinforcements during the summer.
Sporting Lisbon star Manuel Ugarte is at the top of his wishlist, with Pochettino understood to be confident a deal can be completed.
However, A Bola now report that United have entered the race to sign the Uruguayan.
The Red Devils' interest could cause an issue for Chelsea, who have already had to contend with a rumoured approach from Paris Saint-Germain.
Although Ugarte is said to favour a move to Stamford Bridge over joining PSG, it is unknown what his stance is on United's interest.

Martial OUT of FA Cup final
Anthony Martial is out the FA Cup Final after picking up a hamstring issue in the final game of the Premier League season against Fulham.
The injury-prone Frenchman had only come on as a 67th minute substitute in the 2-1 win which secured Manchester United's third place finish.
Martial joins Antony and long-term absentee Lisandro Martinez on the sidelines.
However, it is not a major headache for manager Erik ten Hag ahead of the Wembley final date with neighbours Manchester City.

Man Utd kit 'leaked'
Man Utd's 2023/24 away and third kits have been leaked, and fans are not happy.
The Red Devils will wave goodbye to the current season after Saturday's FA Cup final.
But it appears fans will wish they can reverse time in order to avoid the club's 'leaked' new kits.
As revealed by FootyHeadlines, United's apparent new away kit sports a dark green and white striped pattern.
They donned a similar colour scheme as recently as 2020/21, though that was a black and white rather than a confusingly similar dark green kit.
However, this time around fans have been left less than impressed with the design choice, fuming due to the resemblance it has with Premier League rivals Newcastle.
Taking to Instagram, one fan wrote: "Manchester Newcastle."
A second joked: "Newnited 😂."
A third fan said: "Newcastle?"
Others simply responded with puking up emojis.

Fernandes urges Portugal teammate to join Man Utd
Bruno Fernandes has urged Goncalo Ramos to join him at Manchester United.
Ramos, 21, has been heavily linked with a move to Old Trafford after bursting onto the International stage at the Qatar World Cup following a hat-trick in the Round of 16.
The Benfica ace has enjoyed a stellar year at club level too.
However, Portugal team-mate Fernandes has backed Ramos to thrive in the Premier League, declaring "he has all the qualities" needed to play in England's top flight.
Speaking to A Bola, the Red Devils vice-captain said: "The best always come in handy, be it Gonçalo or another player.
"He has all the qualities to play in the Premier League, and when I say Premier League I also mean Manchester United.
"I think he could become a great reference in the coming years, but it's still not in my hands to be sports director…
"Gonçalo has all the conditions to play in the Premier League, he is very intense, presses very well and is very good inside the area."

Harry Kane latest
United need to convince Spurs chief Daniel Levy to sell his prize asset to a domestic rival — something he does not want to do.
SunSport understands Kane wants a switch to Old Trafford or he will run down his deal.
The latter is more probable and could well see England’s 55-goal record scorer leave on a free.

Good morning Man Utd fans
Tottenham star Harry Kane will stay in north London for a final season if he cannot get a move to Manchester United, reports SunSport's Tom Barclay.
Kane has no intention of going abroad while he is only 48 goals away from breaking Alan Shearer’s Premier League record tally of 260.
Spurs are more open to selling the striker to a foreign club than a top-flight rival with Bayern Munich posing as huge admirers.
But the England international sees United as the only viable Prem option as he is not willing to risk his reputation with the fans by moving to arch-rivals like Chelsea or Arsenal.
Newcastle are not in a position to spend more than £100million on one player, despite their Saudi riches, while Liverpool and Manchester City are not looking for a centre-forward.
SunSport understands Kane wants to move to Old Trafford or run down his deal and leave for free next year.
Meanwhile, Paris Saint-Germain superstar Neymar wants to join United and refuses to leave the French champions for any other club this summer.
According to Foot Mercato, the 31-year-old star accepts he has no future at PSG.
And the Brazil international is now fully focused on securing a switch to the Red Devils.
According to L'Equipe, the Manchester giants were already in advanced talks with PSG over a move for the ex-Barcelona star.
And United manager Erik ten Hag has opened the door for Harry Maguire to leave.
Following his fall down the pecking order, Ten Hag believes Maguire has a "decision" to make about his future this summer.
When asked whether the centre-back would stay at Old Trafford beyond the summer, the Dutch tactician replied: "Let’s say I’m happy he’s here and when we needed him he did his job.
"But it's also a decision he has to make."
Finally, United are ready to pay Porto star Diogo Costa's £65m release clause this summer.
The Red Devils are in the market for a new goalkeeper with Dean Henderson set to leave after spending the season on loan at Nottingham Forest and doubts persisting over David de Gea's form.
According to A Bola, Costa is the player earmarked to provide competition for De Gea.
The same report adds the Red Devils won't hold back as they consider matching the Portugal international's release clause.
The 23-year-old appeared to wave goodbye to Porto fans after the club missed out on the Primeira Liga to rivals Benfica.
