MANCHESTER UNITED and Newcastle have sent scouts to watch Benjamin Sesko, according to reports.
Sesko, 19, has long been attracting interest from a number of European giants.
However, Sesko already has a transfer arranged from current club RB Salzburg to sister team RB Leipzig.
Leipzig struck a £20million agreement over the move last summer.
But according to 90min, this has not deterred scouts from continuing to monitor his progress.
Scouts of both clubs are said to have been in attendance during Salzburg's top-of-the-table clash with Sturm Graz, a 2-0 win for Salzburg which saw Sesko net in the second half.

It has previously been reported Leipzig could be bought out of the deal with a substantial enough transfer offer from another team such as Man Utd and Newcastle.
They are in line to make a big profit from the deal if they bought out of it.
Sesko, who has drawn comparisons with Erling Haaland, has scored 16 goals in 36 games this season.
Red Devils boss Ten Hag is looking to bolster his squad's firepower next season.

The likes of Victor Osimhen and Harry Kane have both been heavily linked.
Newcastle are in a similar boat and want to improve their attacking options as Callum Wilson looks to depart from St James' Park in search of regular football.
Other names mentioned at the top end of the striker market are Dusan Vlahovic and Lauturo Martinez.
Meanwhile, Sesko would fill the bracket of up-and-coming stars, shared alongside the likes of Rasmus Hojlund or Goncalo Ramos.
Both teams are on track to finish inside the top four, though both still need to contend with European hopefuls such as Tottenham and Brighton in their respective season run-ins.
