MIKEL ARTETA could name an unchanged Arsenal team from the side that beat Wolves last week against Watford on Sunday.

The Gunners came back form behind last time out against the Midlands outfit to win 2-1 in dramatic fashion to keep themselves in the driving seat for the top four.

And Arteta looks set to keep his faith in the same starting XI as the North London giants aim to win for a fourth consecutive match.

Right-back Takehiro Tomiyasu is currently nursing a calf injury, with it unknown when the Japan international will return to action.

Playmaker Emile Smith Rowe was also unavailable for the victory against Wolves due to illness.

But he looks set to be involved in Sunday's matchday squad at Vicarage Road having returned to full training.

Though it is unlikely he will be back in the starting XI to face the Hornets.

There was also concern over left-back Kieran Tierney who was forced to come off in the closing stages against Wolves after pulling up clutching his thigh.

But like Smith Rowe, the Scottish defender has been back training in a sign he is fit enough to keep his place in the team.

Arteta spoke of his squad in his pre-match press conference where he hinted at naming the same starting line-up.

He said: "We are in the same place as last week, we still have a doubt over Tomiyasu but the rest I think are in a good place."

Here SunSport takes a look at how Arsenal could start against Roy Hodgson's men.

Goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale will keep his place between the sticks having ousted Bernd Leno just three games into the season.

Deputising in the absence of Tomiyasu once more will be Cedric Soares, with Tierney to slot in on the opposite side.

Ben White will most certainly partner Gabriel in the heart of defence with the pair forging a formidable partnership at the back.

A central midfield pairing of Thomas Partey and Granit Xhaka will likely continue, with Martin Odegaard deployed in a more advanced role.

Despite Nicolas Pepe's impressive cameo against Wolves, he may still be overlooked for Bukayo Saka on the right wing.

Should Smith Rowe start from the bench, Brazilian starlet Gabriel Martinelli will surely keep his place on the left wing.

And despite his lack of goals, skipper Alexandre Lacazette will be tasked with leading the line.

The Frenchman, 30, hasn't scored since the 5-0 win away at Norwich on Boxing Day.
