LEWIS HAMILTON is on pole after F1 qualifying.
But Sebastian Vettel has suffered further disappointment after being knocked out in Q2 and will start in 11th.

HAMILTON IS ON POLE FOR THE SPANISH GP
The top 10 is Hamilton, Bottas, Verstappen, Perez, Stroll, Albon, Sainz, Norris, Leclerc and Gasly.
Hamilton's 150th front-row start comes thanks to his first run.
BOTTAS IS ON A FLYER…
And Hamilton is not improving. And neither is Bottas.
Hamilton is on pole for the Spanish GP. His first lap is good enough.
HERE WE GO
Final attempts at qualifying for the Spanish GP.
Hamilton looking strong. Can Bottas sneak it?
Sainz and Albon will be hoping for more than they showed in their first attempts.
BOTTAS DRAWS FIRST BLOOD…
But Hamilton again goes quicker to take P1 and provisional pole.
Bottas in P2 and then Verstappen.
Then the two Racing Points.
Q3 IS GO
Hamilton vrsBottas.
Can Verstappen get P3?
And will Racing Point trouble the Red Bull man?
VETTEL IS OUT
The four time world champion is given the flick – again.
He is booted out of Q2 and will start in 11th. Ouch.
Kvyat, Ricciardo, Raikkonen and Ocon also out.
Well done to Pierre Gasly, who makes it in to the top 10.
FINAL SECONDS OF Q2
Vettel, Ocon, Gasly, Kvyat and Raikkonen are in the drop zone.
VETTEL IS IN TROUBLE HERE
He's in the elimination zone in Q2. Not too sure he's got the pace in that Ferrari to get in to the top 10.
Five minutes to go. He needs to get that Ferrari dialled in quickly.
Hamilton, Bottas and Verstappen at the top will be safe.
All drivers using soft tyres, so no medium gamble like Red Bull tried last week.
BOTTAS SET THE MARKER…
But Hamilton goes even quicker. Two very good laps from the Mercedes duo.
All drivers on track. Bottas's time was 1:16.013
Q2 IS UNDERWAY
Aside from Raikkonen, this could be tight to see who will get in to the top 10.
RAIKKONEN MAKES IT INTO Q2
The 2007 world champion has made it into the top 15 at the expense for George Russell. That's the first time he has made it out of Q1 this season.
Giovinazzi, Latifi, Russell, Grosjean and Magnussen are all out.
LESS THAN A MINUTE TO GO IN Q1
And the bottom three is – Grosjean, Raikkonen, Magnussen, Latifi, Giovinazzi.
RUSSELL AGAIN IMPRESSES
George Russell gets ahead of the Haas and Alfa Romeos and is currently in 15th place.
Five minutes to go…
RACING POINT DO SET AN EARLY MARKER
The Silverstone team are back. Both Perez and Stroll are splitting the two Mercedes drivers.
Verstappen reports to his team that his car is not feeling quite right. Some minor adjustments for the Red Bull man.
McLaren aren't troubling the big boys. Sainz in six and Norris in 11th.
THE WORLD CHAMPION IS ON TRACK
Hamilton is out with still 12 minutes to go. An installation lap at the moment before he starts cranking up the power.
I think Mercedes will want him to get an early lap on the timesheets, knowing that this place can get busy late on.
EARLY RUNS FOR THE BACK MARKERS
Latifi and Russell are first out. The Williams duo will be hoping they can make up that gap to the Haas boys.
Alfa Romeo must also be a target for the Grove-based team.
QUALIFYING FOR THE SPANISH GP IS ON
Can anyone stop Hamilton or Bottas? The only man who seems to have half a chance is Red Bull's Max Verstappen.
The Dutchman won the last race but has been over 0.5 seconds slower than Mercs. It will be a tough ask.
Keep an eye on Ferrari. Leclerc has been blitzing his teammate, Sebastian Vettel, who needs a good Saturday. Alex Albon also needs a solid result.
Sergio Perez is back this weekend too. That Racing Point seems to have lost a bit of speed since the start of the season.

Esteban Ocon has received medical checks following his heavy crash in FP3 and has returned to the paddock.
The Renault driver's car is in the garage and being worked on ahead of qualifying.
Ocon steered into the wall before turn four to avoid crashing into the back of Kevin Magnusson, who had slowed down and pulled into the middle of the track.
