THE boxing world is still digesting a classy victory from Anthony Joshua in Saudi Arabia.

But the Brit faces a dilemma with both WBO and IBF mandatory challengers – Kubrat Pulev and Oleksandr Usyk – wanting to fight AJ next.

Meanwhile, Tyson Fury has split with his trainer Ben Davison, who helped him lose weight and return to boxing after his suspension.

And Eddie Whyte has slammed boxing authorities for their treatment of Dillian Whyte, after the Body Snatcher was deemed a doper before being cleared.

  • EDDIE HEARN has slammed the EBC for the manner in which they have treated Dillian Whyte.

The Body Snatcher was cleared by UK Anti-Doping (UKAD) after reports he had failed a drug test which resulted in his suspension as WBC interim champion and mandatory challenger to Deontay Wilder.

Despite being reinstated as mandatory challenger, Whyte has to wait for Tyson Fury and Wilder to face off before he can take on the winner in February 2021.

Hearn believes Whyte is being unfairly treated by both boxing's governing bodies and fans alike.

He told talkSPORT: “He went through a horrific time. He was already cleared by UKAD and still presumed guilty by the general public.

“It's great to see people eat their words and give Dillian the respect he deserves.

“The frustrating thing for me is that Dillian Whyte was written in stone to be the mandatory winner of Wilder vs Fury.”

  • THEY'LL always have the memories.

That's one way of looking at Tyson Fury and Ben Davison's split, which surprised the boxing world earlier this afternoon.

There seemed little reason to think Fury would be on the lookout for a new trainer just two months before his huge rematch with Deontay Wilder earlier this week.

On Monday the two were back in the gym preparing for Fury's clash with Wilder as Davison put Fury through his paces.

The Gypsy King looked in rude health too, as you can see by clicking HERE.

  • WE AWAIT the answer of who will replace Ben Davison as Tyson Fury's trainer after the pair split earlier today.

The writing may well have been on the wall for some time if comments from the Gypsy King's dad John Fury are anything to go by.

Speaking to Sky Sports in the wake of his son's unanimous decision win over Otto Wallin, he revealed frustrations over Davison's training camp.

“I am a straight talker and that is the worst I have ever seen him. It has gone terribly wrong in the camp and someone is to blame,” he said.

“Tyson never landed a meaningful punch. I have seen this coming. If he keeps hold of that team, the whole team, they will cost him his career. Ben Davison and everyone.”

  • STEVEN WARD saw his unbeaten professional record come to an end after he was beaten in the quarter-final of the Golden Contract series.

The Northern Ireland fighter had gone 12 fights without defeat before the encounter with Ricards Bolotniks in Brentwood.

However, after the 29-year-old was floored three times, the fight was called.

Ward won the WBO European light-heavyweight title in June against Liam Conroy and had been set to meet the Englishman again in the Golden Contract series.
