SUITS ME NOT
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang thought his 'LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tinder' post was funny.
So did Alexandre Lacazette, who send a series of laughing emojis.
Responding to Arsenal's Insta post about the dollypartonchallenge, the Gabon striker commented: “Where's my suit tho?!”
TEENAGE DIRTBAG
The Premier League boasts some of the finest young talents in football that could even rival a number of sides with an XI of their own.
Mason Greenwood, Gabriel Martinelli and Moise Kean are all incredibly experienced for their age – combining to score 20 goals so far this campaign.
Occupying the flanks is a tough pick for the Prem's teenage selection with Pedro Neto and Emile Smith Rowe ousted by Callum Hudson-Odoi and Bukayo Saka.
Defenders are harder to come by at this age with league's youngest examples – from Fikayo Tomori, Maz Aarons and Ezri Konsa to goalkeepers Dean Henderson and Aaron Ramsdale – all in their early-20s.
Perhaps unsurprisingly, no teenage goalkeeper has played in the Premier League this season, therefore, the Under-23 league is the best place to scour for a teenage shot-stopper and Liverpool's Ben Winterbottom gets the nod ahead of 17-year-old Arsenal prospect Karl Hein.
ART ATTACK
Arsenal may try to sign more than just a defender this month, according to Mikel Arteta.
Calum Chambers, Kieran Tierney and Sead Kolasinac are all out injured and the Gunners are in desperate need of defensive cover.
Speaking ahead of Arsenal's trip to Bournemouth in the FA Cup on Monday, Arteta said: “We've been looking at different positions.
“Since I joined we lost Calum and we had other circumstances and injuries in those positions so its true at the back we are short.
“But other positions as well depending what happens in the market that we might need to assess. At the moment I am 50-50.”
The likes of defenders Mykola Matviyenko and Layvin Kurzawa have been linked, along with Atletico Madrid winger Thomas Lemar.
NOT THE MAINE MAN
Former Arsenal ace Jermaine Pennantwas hauled off the air by Sky Sports News bosses on Friday, with fans accusing the ex-Liverpool star of being drunk on live TV.
The 37-year-old was seemingly slurring his words and was ignored by fellow panellists during his appearance.
Sky Sports told the MailOnline Pennant was taken off air “because his performance on-air failed to meet our standards”.
Fans were adamant he was “drunk”, with one tweeting: “Is Jermaine Pennant drunk on Sky Sports News? Seems a bit 'off'.”
Another said: “@SkySportsNews are barely speaking to Jermaine Pennant, he seemed 'off' when he did answer 1 or 2 questions. Late night/early morning bang on it? Looks hanging.”
AU WILL YOU SPEND IT?
