ARSENAL target Wilfried Zaha has told Crystal Palace he wants to leave.
The Gunners have already had a £40million bid rejected but will be encouraged by the Ivory Coast forward pressing the Eagles for an exit now he is back from the African Cup of Nations.
Zaha, 26, has been in scintillating form for Palace since returning from a troubled two-year with Manchester United in 2015.
And Tottenham, as well as United, have been linked with moves for a player Eagles boss Roy Hodgson is keen to keep.
But yesterday Hodgson insisted frontrunners Arsenal are so far way off the mark with their bidding.
The ex-england manager told Sky Sports: “I don't think Arsenal have actually made a bid that has come anywhere near our valuation.
“I'm sure the player realises that if someone's going to take him away from us, he'll expect clubs to pay the market value.
“Until someone does that, there's not much to discuss regarding Wilf.”

ARSENAL have beaten Tottenham Hotspur to the signature of Saint-Etienne defender William Saliba, but reports suggest the transfer won't be confirmed for a while yet.
Despite a five-year deal being agreed between player and club, there is still work to do.
According to ESPN, the fact Arsenal are on a pre-season tour of the United States is delaying the official announcement.
The Gunners still have Fiorentina and Real Madrid to play, in Charlotte and Maryland respectively, after beating Bayern Munich and Colorado Rapids.
It isn't until July 24 they face Real, after which they return to the UK to play in the Emirates Cup.
Arsenal fans will hope that the Saliba deal is confirmed by then.
