The Welsh winger, 21, cruised in for today's workout in the metallic blue and black 4×4 – a day after popping to the shops with partner Ria Hughesin the same vehicle.
Earlier this week, James turned up to training in a sleek Mercedes, proving he's a big petrol head.
While the likes of Paul Pogba and Marcus Rashford usually add the automotive glamour to Carrington, it was the ex-Swansea star turning heads today.
James was Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's first signing as permanent United boss – proving the Norwegian will look to the future with young, homegrown players.

INTER MILAN ace Mauro Icardi is reportedly considering a move to Manchester United.
The Argentinian striker could be on his way out of the San Siro this summer, and could be used in a swap deal to bring Romelu Lukaku to Italy.
According to 90min, Icardi's compatriot and former Red Devils ace Carlos Tevez is a huge inspiration to Icardi.
They claim that he is open to competing in the Premier League.

AXEL TUANZEBE has signed a new Man Utd deal – keeping him at Old Trafford until 2022.
The 21-year-old impressed on his loan spell at Aston Villa last season and has been rewarded with a new contract.
He told the club's website: “I have grown up at Manchester United and it has always been a big part of my life and my family’s life.
“I appreciate the trust that the club has in me and I want to repay that with my performances on the pitch.
“I know I have a lot of hard work and learning ahead of me but the experience I gained throughout last season puts me in good stead for the future ahead. I am determined to give everything and show everyone the player that I can be.
”I can’t wait for the tour to get started and to see what the upcoming season brings.”

ANDREAS PEREIRA has signed a new deal with Manchester United.
The 23-year-old is now tied down at Old Trafford until 2023.
Speaking of his new contract, he said: “I have spent so long in Manchester that I now regard the city and the club as my home and I’m extremely happy to continue my career here.
“The manager has shown great faith in me and I can’t wait to get this campaign started under him.
“We know that we all have to work hard and that started on day one of pre-season. I will be doing everything I can to help us perform the way we need to, this season and beyond.
“I also want to thank my family for the trust they have in me and God for the opportunity he has given me.”

MANCHESTER UNITED are in pole position to sign Harry Maguire as fierce rivals Manchester City can't meet Leicester's valuation.
The Foxes are believed to want at least £75million for the England centre-half.
And according to 90Minutes, City are not prepared to pay that much in what would be a world-record fee for a defender.
That leaves United as favourites to finally nab the player they tried to bring in back in January.
But they will have to up their game after having an initial £70m bid rejected already.
And Arsenal have also made an inquiry for the central defender but have made it clear they can only go to £50m for a player who cost £17m from Hull two years ago.
