  • MORNING, SPURS FANS

Tottenham will be hoping to redeem their reputation when they take on Burnley today.

Spurs are without a win since their victory over Aston Villa on 16 February, but today’s a new day.

The club have confirmed that Eric Dier will not be internally disciplined for climbing into the stands and confronting a fan on Wednesday.

And Mourinho WILL throw the controversial star straight back into action today.

Dier accepts the fact he could be punished for jumping into the crowd – but insists he feared for his brother’s safety.

A source told the Daily Mirror: “He accepts he is going to get punished.”

In other news, Real Madrid are keeping an eye on former boss Mauricio Pochettino with Zinedine Zidane under pressure in Spain.

Zidane’s side have already been dumped out of the Copa del Rey but are top of La Liga, one point ahead of Barca.

According to Mundo Deportivo, the club are closely monitoring Pochettino’s situation.

And the Spurs boss revealed the kind of torment Dier, 26, has been enduring in a difficult campaign which saw him frozen out by old boss Mauricio Pochettino.

  • FEEL THE BURN

Here's what Sean Dyche is thinking ahead of Tottenham's clash against Burnley.

“On the other hand, they're having a tough, sticky patch, whichever way you put it, a bit more noise about them in not such a positive manner.

“For the last four or five years it's been pretty positive all the time.”
