Wendy Williams is not hospitalized despite a report claiming she checked into a medical facility in New York twice in the past two weeks.
“I can confirm that Wendy Williams is not in the hospital, as reported. I can also confirm she is not in New York, as reported,” the former “Wendy Williams Show” host’s publicist, Shawn Zanotti, tells Page Six exclusively on Saturday.
A source claimed to the Sun on Friday that Williams, 58, was admitted to the hospital last weekend, but was “released briefly” and then “went right back in” a day later.
Another insider further alleged that the former radio DJ’s family was “aware” of the hospitalization and clarified she was not in rehab.
Although we have confirmed Williams is not currently in a facility in the Big Apple, her exact whereabouts are unclear.
Earlier this week, the troubled talk show host sparked concern when she backed out a speaking engagement at the Atlanta Women’s Expo last minute.
A reason for the cancellation was not given. However, a rep for the expo previously said there would be a video of Williams “apologizing” played at the event on Saturday.
The “Wendy Williams Experience” author was reportedly set to receive $25,000 for the two-day engagement — prior to dropping out.
Williams has been dealing with a host of health issues in recent years, contributing to the end of her eponymous talk show.
In 2018, she announced that she had been diagnosed with Graves disease, a condition that causes the immune system to attack the thyroid, decades prior, but her symptoms had taken a turn for the worse.
Two years later, Williams was forced to go on hiatus from “The Wendy Williams Show” as she had reportedly been experiencing serious fatigue at the time.

Aside from her autoimmune disorder, Williams has struggled with substance abuse issues and was most recently in rehab in September 2022.
Sources told Page Six exclusively at the time that friends believed the beloved TV personality was “at death’s door” due to her worsening alcohol addiction.
However, Williams left rehab two months later and told us via her rep that she felt “better than ever.”
Then, in March, the “Dancing With the Stars” alum was spotted drinking again at a New York City bar.
Her rep told us at the time that Williams was simply feeling “happy and wanted to celebrate” as she had a “new lease on life.”
