Uber has announced that customers will now be able to see what rating drivers give them for the first time.
From this week, all Uber users can access a breakdown of their average rating in the app’s new Privacy Center.
This means, you'll see how many drivers gave you a stellar 5-star rating, and how many handed out the dreaded single star, and everything in between.
You can access the Privacy Center by logging into your account online or in the app.
To do this, you'll need to go to the settings menu, tap privacy and then Privacy Center.
In the Privacy Center, you then swipe to the right and click on the 'Would you like to see a summary of how you use Uber' tile.
After doing this, scroll down to the 'browse your data' section and tap on 'View my ratings' to see the breakdown.
As well as viewing your ratings, users can also review their past trip information, payment details, control marketing preferences and more in the Privacy Center.
If you want to improve your ratings, Uber has provided a few suggestions in a blog post on its website.
These include, making sure you take any rubbish with you, buckling your seatbelt, being on time for your ride, treating the driver with respect and not slamming the car door.
We expect all of you will be getting 5-star reviews after those handy tips!
