Tekashi 6ix9ine was reportedly hospitalized earlier this week in Florida after allegedly overdosing on diet pills.

According to The Shade Room, the 24-year-old rapper said he took two Hydroxycut pills and drank a McDonald’s coffee, which caused him to start sweating profusely and have an increased heart rate.

Hydroxycut, a brand of weight loss supplements, recommends that customers use one pill on the first day of use, but state that two capsules can be taken after the second day, per the company’s website.

Tekashi told The Shade Room that his reaction was only due to the combination of the diet pills and caffeine, not drugs, because he “doesn’t do drugs” since he is on probation.

In April, the “Trollz” rapper was released from federal prison after serving 17 months of a two-year sentence for racketeering and other charges.

Tekashi reportedly tipped the scales upon his release at 200 pounds, and is now down to 177. The 5-foot-6 rapper has a goal weight of 150 pounds.

Tekashi’s attorney could not immediately be reached for comment.
