At the start of last year Olivia and Alex Bowen moved into a palatial property in Essex, which they have exclusively unveiled in OK! magazine.
However, the Love Island loves instantly set about renovating the £1 million mansion, making drastic and enviable improvements.
And their hard work has most definitely paid off as they recently shared the before and after transformation of their spare room and it looks amazing.

Posting on their The Bowen Home Instagram page, in the before shot we can see the large room had turquoise carpets and walls, which was rather overpowering.
The happy couple have since transformed it into a sleek space, with parquet flooring, khaki-coloured walls and a brass bed.
Olivia captioned the post, explaining that the pair were not quite finished. She wrote: "Let's call this a before & a during… floor & paint done!
"Just used old furniture from other rooms we'd had them in previously! Can't wait to get my furnishing onnnn."
Olivia then shared with fans an explanation for choosing the bold wall colour.
The reality star said: "The paint colour is good earth by valspar.
"This one coat, probs do another coat before new furnishings go in but for a last night decision this is good going".

She then added: "It's THE NICESTTTT khaki/darker sage. We basically chose it there and then it was risky move".
Olivia and Alex are well on their way to completing their home renovations, which is particularly special to Olivia as she has had her eye on the house since she was a child.
She previously told OK!: "This house has been here for 17 years. When I was younger, my mum used to drive me past it and we’d say, 'Imagine living in that house'.

"She came with us to the viewing, and we were all a bit gobsmacked.
"I remember walking into the bedroom and crying. When I cry I know that it means something. It felt like fate.
"We fell in love with it, and six months later we were in the house."
Alex then added: "I really didn’t want to move, then when Liv and I went to see the house I said, “Okay, let’s do it.” It was the same feeling I had when we went to see our wedding venue for the first time."
