DEAR DEIDRE: MY ex had me arrested for trying to see my kids.

I’m 40, she’s 37, and we were together for 11 years.

After we split up last year, she stopped me from seeing my three wonderful children, aged five, seven and nine.

Worse, she’s turned them against me, so they no longer want to see or talk to me.

When I bumped into them in the local shopping centre, they blanked me.

I went over to my eldest daughter, but she said: “Daddy, go away.” It broke my heart.

My ex says I can only see them if I give her huge sums of money. I already pay maintenance.

I missed them so much that I parked outside their school, hoping to see them and have a chat.

My ex then had me arrested for harassment.

I can’t eat or sleep. I’m worried I’ll never be in their lives again.
