But now some clients are inflating their testicles with saline to the size of footballs to appear bigger down there.
Now speaking to Daily Star, Evelyn discussed the fetish and revealed the risks which come with the practice.
She said: "There are several reasons why my clients like exploring this fetish.
"Men combine testicular injections with roleplay and enjoy the feeling of no longer having control over their bodies.
"Other customers simply love the feeling of particularly thick and heavy testicles – it makes them feel more masculine.
"Some of my clients also enjoy being tortured afterwards, using the injection of saline as a protective coat.
"I like to try everything that is not immoral or illegal with my customers!"
Evelyn claimed the fetish is dangerous if non-sterile equipment is used – as it could lead to an infection.

It's also not worth the risk as you could puncture the testicle leading to more damage.
She added: "Of course, this should only be done by experienced professionals.
