We may not be going out anywhere at the moment but that didn’t stop Rebecca Gormley from getting her glam on at home.
She has been inspiring fans with messages of positivity on Instagram recently, and this look certainly inspired us to take a break from our usual bare-faced appearance.
"Decided to give myself a makeover today," she captioned the post, before showing the products used with her followers on Instagram Stories.
The 21-year-old Love Island star shared photos of bronzed skin and subtle winged out eyeshadow, but it was her glossy pout that really drew attention.
The secret? Primark’s High Gloss in shade Mink Pink, which is a steal at just £1.50!
Primark stores may be closed at the moment, but we can’t wait to snap up this bargain when they open again.
For the rest of the look, Rebecca started by using NARS Radiant Longwear Foundation, £35, as her base. This foundation gives a medium, build-able coverage with a natural glow, which looks great on camera.
She then moved on to her eyes, using not two different palettes in warm, pinky-bronze tones – the bestselling Urban Decay Naked Heat Eyeshadow Palette, £43, and Charlotte Tilbury Luxury Palette of Pops in Pillow Talk, £42.
Rebecca used a lighter shade in the inner corner of the eye and blended deeper tones out on the outer corner to create that almond-shaped eye popular with the likes of Kendall Jenner and Bella Hadid.
She completed the look with an old Bourjois lip liner in the shade Funky Brown. The iconic French cosmetics brand is slowly being phased out of the UK (sob!) so if you can’t find this in your local Boots, you can find a good alternative here.
So why not follow Rebecca’s example and use this time to try out some quick and easy make-up looks (even if it may only be your mum and your cat who’ll appreciate it…).
Here are some of the OK! beauty team’s other favourite make-up products for a peachy, tonal look…
Glossier Skywash in Echo, £15 – buy it here
Inspired by watercolour paints, these cream-to-powder eyeshadows give a light veil of matte colour over the eyelid. This rich, cocoa brown can be built up into an easy smokey eye.
Bobbi Brown Crushed Oil-Infused Gloss in Sweet Talk, £19 – buy it here
Leaving lips looking plump and juicy without feeling sticky or gloopy, this new lip gloss is already a make-up bag favourite of ours. This pretty peach shade is sheer enough to suit all skin tones.
Iconic London Sheer Blush in Fresh Faced, £18 – buy it here
A blusher for people who don’t wear blusher, the finish is so sheer it looks like a natural flush coming from within the skin rather than make-up sitting on the top. You could even skip your bronzer with this aptly-named shade, Fresh Faced.
