Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle’s Platinum Jubilee weekend outfits were telling, according to a body language expert. When they arrived at St. Paul’s Cathedral to honor Queen Elizabeth II, Kate and Meghan did so in bold outfits. The Duchess of Cambridge showed up in head-to-toe yellow in what might’ve been a nod to Queen Elizabeth’s fondness for wearing bright colors. Kate wore an Emilia Wickstead dress, per Vogue, with a matching hat, heels, and clutch.

Meanwhile, Meghan went for head-to-toe neutrals. She wore a grayish-beige haute couture trench coat dress from Dior. The 40-year-old completed her look with a coordinating wide-brim hat, white gloves, heels, and diamond earrings.

Additionally, Page Six reported Meghan was said to be carrying a Lady Dior handbag. The design is a tribute to Princess Diana, Meghan’s late mother-in-law, who was often seen carrying the bag.

While a body language expert noted Harry’s apparent anxiety during the jubilee service, fans zeroed in on Kate’s entrance. Particularly, what Meghan did as the Duchess of Cambridge walked down the aisle and took her seat.

According to the Mirror, an eagle-eyed fan noticed how Meghan seemed to turn her head away upon Kate’s arrival. “Did everyone notice the woman in white hat (Meghan) turned her head to the left when The Duchess of Cambridge was walking past…” Twitter user Kitty captioned a tweet.
